Shipping & Returns
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, there is the option to return. We do not provide a free return service in Belgium for products/purchase.
The return costs are for your own account. The customer must return the package at his own expense to the following address: Hoogstraat 15, 3321 Hoegaarden.
In order to be entitled to a refund, the customer must notify us by email ( email@example.com ) within 10 calendar days of receipt of the goods that the customer wishes to return. The maximum return period is 14 calendar days.
If the customer does not send the return within 14 calendar days of receipt, it will no longer be accepted and we will not issue a refund. The order can hereby be received back by the customer after payment of shipping costs (€5.50).
The returned items must be returned to us intact. A strict check will be carried out on this. If the items are no longer intact, no refund will be made. The order can hereby be received back by the customer after payment of the standard shipping costs (€5.50).
